Shipping policy

INGREDIENTS

Chocolate (Cocoa, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin, natural vanilla flavoring), sugars (white, brown, and cane), honey, wheat flour, enriched flour (wheat four, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), butter, eggs, salt, vanilla extract, baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), corn syrup, molasses, baking soda, spices, and herbs.

ALLERGENS

Dairy, eggs, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts

42 Coffee Co.  cookies are made by hand using shared equipment, which processes dairy, peanuts, soy, tree nuts and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, we are not an allergy-free bakery.

Our products contain, or may have come in contact with, nuts (e.g., tree nuts, peanuts, almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, pecan, macadamia, cashew, and pistachios), wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and coconut. We cannot promise that a product will not have come in contact with nuts, nut oil or another allergen. We recommend that you take the necessary precautions based on any related allergies.

SHELF LIFE

Cookies may be stored in an airtight container for at least one week. For optimal freshness and flavor, we recommend freezing any cookies you don’t plan to eat immediately. When ready to eat, simply heat your cookies in a 350℉ oven for 5-10 minutes until warm and gooey.

42 Coffee Co.  baked cookies should be eaten and enjoyed as soon as they are delivered or frozen immediately. We do not use preservatives; they have a short shelf life. Note: wrap cookies tightly in tupperware or plastic wrap before freezing. To thaw, you must slowly bring to room temperature by placing them in the refrigerator for a couple hours before setting on the counter for a few hours, then unwrapping to enjoy.

SHIPPING DETAILS

In stock merchandise will ship to arrive on the date selected at checkout. Please refer to our Shipping guidelines to ensure your item arrives when you need it.

42 Coffee Co. offers nationwide shipping to our customers. FedEx has announced they do NOT guarantee on-time delivery. Overnight and 2nd Air shipments are delivered on WEEKDAYS ONLY.

Orders placed after 8:00am EST ship the next business day. We only ship on Mondays through Wednesday, do not ship on Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Orders placed after 8:00am (EST) Thursday will not ship until the following Monday.

NOTE: Pricing is not shown on shipping or packing documents. Promotional Shipping is calculated per shipping address.

RETURNS:

  • Returns accepted for 5 days for apparel and accessories items.
  • There is a $7.95 flat rate return shipping fee that is paid by the customer for returns.
  • 10% - 20% restock fee based on the item. Clearance items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Final sale items: No returns on any food items (i.e., cookies, cakes, sauces, snack foods, jams, candy, etc.). For food items, our customer service team can offer a one-time discount of up to 25% off the retail price on your next purchase. * Shipping cost may apply.
