Refund policy

Exclusions & Coffee Returns

Perishable items, including coffee, cannot be returned. But don't worry; we're here to help! We provide our First Order Guarantee. If you’re not completely satisfied with the first coffee you order from the 42 Coffee Co., we’ll find you a replacement at an additional charge of $10. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards, clearance, and/or specialty discounted items of 25% or greater.

First Order Guarantee

We know that coffee preferences may vary from person to person, and online shipping can sometimes be a little tricky. To ensure that you have a great first impression, we guarantee that you’ll love the first coffee in your order, or we’re happy to find you a better match for $10 more! To redeem our First Order Guarantee, contact our Customer Experience Team at info@42coffeeco.com. Heads-up! The First Order Guarantee only applies to each customer's first order with the 42 Coffee Co.

Damages, Defective, & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us at info@42coffeeco.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure that you receive what you want is to return the item you currently have within 7 days from the date you receive an approval email from our customer service team at info@42coffeeco.com

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have not received the refund within 30 days from the time of approval, please contact us at info@42coffeeco.com

Returns and/or Exchanges – Flat Shipping Fee

Orders will be charged a $7.95 flat rate shipping fee for returned and/or exchanged items.

Restock Fee

Approved returns will incur a 10% restock fee that will be automatically subtracted from the total purchase amount, prior to refunding.
